Getting Warmer.....
Training for the run – check.
Eating right and exercising – check.
Taking vitamins and getting enough sleep – check.
Mentally reconciling failing the bar twice – not so much.
But as of today, I am 35 pounds lighter than I was in January. Yesterday I wore a dress to work that is 4 sizes smaller than the size I wore in January.
Bar exam? What bar exam?

Wow, I am impressed. As a lifelong sometimes runner, I haven't run 10 miles in a LONG time.
If it makes you feel any better, I also failed the bar twice. I will NOT be taking it again this July and will only do it again if I can find some sort of stable employment in a law-related environment. Keep running! :)

Wow, I'm impressed! You should devote a post to your weight loss strategy and how you lost all that weight! It's been hard to exercise regularly because it's been hovering in the 90s-100s here and at 90%-100% humidity so all I want to do is sit at home with the AC cranked up!
Congratulations...you look awesome. I want you to train me so that I can look good too!

Thanks everyone!! This is how I did it:
1. Lots of exercise - 6 days a week.
2. Lots of chicken and veggies.
3. No more Rocky Road.
4. No more Taco Bell.
5. No more white stuff - only whole wheat pasta and bread and brown rice - Trader Joe's has great brown rice.
Not very exciting and not very original...;-) Oh yeah, and I make my coffee at home, instead of a White Chocolate Mocha everyday!!
